This path could be called the "Angostura" since it borders the existing valley in its deepest part, today covered by the waters of the Lake.

By this place it was possible to arrive to Bornos in 18th century . At the end of the last century a railway line was projected in order to leave Jerez, to cross the whole sierra and to finish in Almargen. The route was adapted but was only completed until Arcos de la Frontera due to lack of budget.
